Progress before you know it

What if 30 minutes of cardio didn’t feel like 30 minutes?

Progr turns your workout into a stream of short, high-energy scenes — so you stop watching the clock and start stacking minutes.

Free during beta. No credit card.

30 minutes is a lot.

4 minutes isn’t.

Most of us can physically handle the workout. The problem is feeling every minute of it.

Progress before you know it.

Why it works

Your brain doesn’t experience 30 minutes all at once.

It experiences what is happening right now.

  • A scene.
  • A moment.
  • A payoff.
  • Then the next one.

Short-form attention changed the way we consume entertainment. Progr uses the same pattern to keep you moving instead of scrolling.

The goal isn’t more screen time. The goal is better use of the time you were already going to spend.

The right scene changes everything.

The speech. The comeback. The final lap. The moment the music hits.

  • SportsThe underdog wins.
  • EpicThe music swells.
  • DramaThe speech lands.
  • ActionThe plane takes off.
  • SportsThe team scores.
  • ActionThe hero gets back up.

Those moments pull you in. And while your attention is somewhere else, your body keeps moving.

Then you look down.

That went fast.

You came for one scene.
You stayed for the workout.

The best workout is the one you’ll do again tomorrow.

Progr isn’t trying to turn you into a different person overnight. It’s designed to help one good decision become another.

  • One scene.
  • One workout.
  • One more tomorrow.

Progress rarely feels dramatic while it is happening. That is kind of the point.

Why Progr exists

Built because the problem was real.

Progr started because cardio was a real barrier for me. I could physically do 30 or 45 minutes. I just hated how long it felt.

So I started watching short scenes instead of full movies. A few minutes became a few more. Then I looked down and the workout was done.

It worked well enough that I built Progr around the idea.

See how fast 30 minutes can go.

FAQ

Good questions.

What is Progr?

Progr is a cardio entertainment app that creates workout-length queues of short video scenes based on the amount of time and energy you choose.

Do I need to run?

No. Progr is designed for treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stair machines, rowers, walking pads, and other forms of cardio.

Where do the videos come from?

Videos are streamed through third-party platforms such as YouTube using their embedded playback tools. Progr does not host or download the underlying videos.

What happens if a video is removed?

If a source video becomes unavailable or embedding is disabled, it will no longer play through Progr and can be removed or replaced in the queue.

Is Progr free?

Progr is currently free during beta.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a free account with your email keeps your saved playlists with you across devices.

Can I skip a scene?

Yes. You should never feel trapped in a queue.

Does my selected workout time need to match exactly?

No. The selected duration is a target. Queues may run slightly over because scenes are played at their natural lengths. That’s intentional.

Is Progr a fitness program?

No. Progr is an entertainment and workout-support experience. It does not provide medical advice or personalized training.
