Third-Party Video Notice

Progr does not host video

Progr does not host, store, download, cache, re-encode or redistribute any of the video content you watch in the app. Every scene is streamed directly from a third-party platform — currently YouTube — using that platform’s own embedded player and its publicly documented embedding tools.

What Progr actually provides

Progr stores references — an identifier for a publicly embeddable video, plus descriptive information such as a title, source channel and category. Progr arranges those references into a queue based on the duration and category you choose. The playback itself, including the player controls, platform branding, links back to the source, and any advertising, belongs to the third-party platform and is presented unmodified.

Ownership and attribution

All video content remains the property of its respective owners, including the studios, distributors, channel operators and rights holders who published it. Progr claims no ownership of, and asserts no rights in, any third-party video content. Film titles, channel names, trademarks and logos referenced in the app belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Progr displays the source channel alongside every scene.

Source selection

Progr’s library is limited to videos published by channels that we have classified as official studio, official franchise, official streaming service or licensed clip network channels. Videos from channels outside those categories are excluded. This classification is maintained by Progr, is based on publicly available information, and may be revised as sources change.

Availability

Because Progr does not control the underlying content, a video may become unavailable at any time — it may be deleted, made private, geo-restricted, or have embedding disabled by its owner. When that happens it will no longer play through Progr and may be removed or replaced in your queue. Progr cannot guarantee the continued availability of any particular scene.

Platform terms apply

When you watch a scene in Progr you are using an embedded third-party player, and that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy apply to that playback in addition to Progr’s. For YouTube, that means the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Rights holders

If you own rights in content that is reachable through Progr and you would like it excluded from our library, email hello@progr.app with the video link and we will remove the reference. Note that because Progr does not host the content, removing our reference does not remove the video from the platform hosting it.

Progr is an independent workout-support application. Third-party videos are hosted and streamed by their respective platforms. Progr does not claim ownership of third-party video content.
