Progr is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page describes what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your email address and password, when you create an account. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text.
Your saved playlists, which consist of references to scenes you chose to save. No video is stored.
Beta signup details submitted on this website — your email address, optionally the type of cardio equipment you use, and the address of the page that linked you here, if any, so we know which channels people find us through. We use these only to send you a beta invitation and occasional beta updates.
What we do not collect
Progr does not collect health data, heart rate, workout metrics, location, contacts, or device identifiers for advertising. Progr does not sell personal information, and does not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Third-party video playback
When a scene plays, it is streamed by a third-party platform — currently YouTube — inside its own embedded player. That platform receives the request directly from your device and may set cookies or collect data under its own policies, independent of Progr. See the Google Privacy Policy and our Third-Party Video Notice.
Service providers
We use a hosted database and authentication provider (Supabase) to store accounts and playlists, a static website host (Netlify) to serve this site and to receive beta signup submissions, and an email provider to send beta invitations. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
This website
This marketing site loads no third-party fonts, no external scripts, and no advertising or tracking pixels. It sets no cookies of its own, and it does not profile you or follow you across sites. It sends data to exactly one place, once: when you press the signup button, the form contents go directly from your browser to our database.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Beta signup submissions are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including your account, your playlists, and your beta signup — by emailing hello@progr.app. Every beta email includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; contact us and we will honour them.
Children
Progr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify beta users by email.
