Terms of Use

Last updated 3 August 2026 · Draft — review by counsel before public launch.

1. What Progr is

Progr is an entertainment and workout-support application. It builds queues of short, publicly embeddable video scenes based on a duration and a category you choose, so that cardio exercise feels less monotonous. Progr is not a fitness program, a training plan, or a medical service.

2. Not medical or fitness advice

Progr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized training instruction. Nothing in the app or on this site should be treated as a recommendation about whether, how long, or how hard you should exercise. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise routine, particularly if you have any medical condition or symptoms. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for the safe operation of any equipment you use.

3. Do not use Progr unsafely

Progr shows video while you exercise. Do not use it in any way that distracts you from operating your equipment safely or from being aware of your surroundings. Do not use it while operating a vehicle. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.

4. Beta software

Progr is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Beta software is provided as-is and may contain defects, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and may lose data. Features described on this site may change. We may limit, suspend, or end beta access at our discretion.

5. Your account

You need an account to use Progr. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Third-party video

Progr does not host video. All scenes are streamed by third-party platforms through their own embedded players, and those platforms’ terms apply to that playback. Content may become unavailable without notice. See our Third-Party Video Notice for detail.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to download, capture, redistribute, or circumvent access controls on any content reached through Progr. Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, or use it to break any law or any third-party platform’s terms.

8. Our content

The Progr name, logo, interface, and original site content belong to Progr. Third-party marks and content belong to their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to either beyond ordinary use of the app.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progr is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from exercise undertaken while using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify beta users by email. Continuing to use Progr after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@progr.app.
